Mr. Sallinger formed Artesano Hotel Partners to acquire, develop and design distinctive hospitality projects in niche locations. The company’s emphasis includes ground-up development, extensive renovation and the reclaiming of irreplaceable assets for use in historic-adaptive properties in high barrier to entry locations. Kim is now focusing on selective, under-hoteled marketplaces in the southern United States, using his expertise to identify the beauty and revenue potential of rare but extraordinary properties. His firm recently completed The Pearl Hotel in Rosemary Beach, Florida which quickly became the premier hotspot of the Panhandle, winning numerous accolades and awards.

Mr. Beck is an accomplished Senior Executive with over 35 years of proven success in the real estate, banking, and finance industries. He brings extensive experience in developing growth initiatives to enter new markets and consistently exceed product output targets. His expertise offers substantial value to organizations seeking executive guidance on growth strategy, market expansion, and personnel management. His areas of specialization encompass organizational development, due diligence, hiring, real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions, business development, and strategic planning.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Beck has held significant leadership roles at North America Partners Development Company and Cumberland America Development Company (established in 1991). As President & CEO of North America Partners since 2002, he has transformed the company from a local multifamily and mixed-use developer to a national enterprise through market expansion and capital formation. Under his leadership, the firm has completed several billion dollars in development–including more than 18,000 multifamily units–and acquired over $500 million in properties.

Previously, as President & CEO of Cumberland America for ten years, he guided its transition from a local to a national developer and facilitated nationwide expansion for multiple Fortune 500 clients. Earlier in his career, he served as a real estate broker and farmland manager, with responsibilities spanning strategic market entry, property development aligned with investor ROI expectations, and oversight of design teams to achieve optimal market outcomes.
